Description:

One of the Pacific Northwest's most established law firms, A Law Firm, is seeking an experienced attorney to join the firm's Business/Corporate Practice Group in our downtown Seattle office.

The ideal candidate with excellent academic credentials and at least 5 years of supporting partnerships. An L.L.M. in tax is preferred. The position will require a minimum of three days a week in our Seattle office and the firm has a flexible two-day a week work from home policy.

Experience in the following areas is of particular interest:

Accounting background is a plus.
Tax structuring experience.
Knowledge and exposure with M&A.
Providing guidance to the Firm's existing clients on state and tax matters.
Solving complex problems.
Structuring sophisticated transactions in a wide variety of industry sectors.
Demonstrated exceptional research skills.
Ability to manage significant responsibilities.
Experienced in court and negotiations.
Business development skills and experience preferred.
