Location: Washington, DC (National oversight)
Contract: One-year, with potential for renewal
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience
Firm Structure: Alternative Business Structure (ABS)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure compliance of our attorneys on a national level.
- Collaborate with attorneys, who will co-counsel in various states to represent clients effectively.
- Provide expert legal guidance in cases involving environmental, property, and medical damages.
- Maintain and uphold the highest standards of legal practice and ethical conduct.
Qualifications:
- Must be barred in Washington, DC.
- Extensive experience in personal injury law, particularly in cases involving landlord/property manager neglect.
- Strong leadership and oversight skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of attorneys across the country.
