We have an immediate opening in our Los Angeles and Oakland offices for a Personal Injury Defense Attorney with a minimum of five years of experience. The candidate should have experience with civil litigation matters including all aspects of transportation claims and motor vehicle accidents. The candidate should have experience in California state court and civil procedure.
The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Candidates should have an active California bar license.
