The New York office is seeking a real estate associate with 2-3 years of experience related to a broad range of commercial real estate transactions. Ideal candidates will have
- Experience on multiple types of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, title and survey revie3w, leasing, and financing is preferred candidates with experience in some but not all of these types of matters are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent writing, strong organizational, and analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in learning.
- Candidates should be able to work in a team but also handle significant individual responsibilities.
- A high level of academic achievement.
- All candidates must be admitted to practice and be in good standing in New York.
