Description:
An International Corporate Law Firm is seeking junior, mid-level and senior real estate associates (and counsel) with (1) sophisticated real estate finance experience, including mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, intercreditor agreements, and preferred equity transactions, on both the lender and borrower side, and/or (2) sophisticated "dirt" real estate experience, including joint ventures, purchase and sales, ground leases, and development transactions. Candidates must have strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills and should enjoy working with others in a team-oriented setting. References will be required. The starting base salary for this position is expected to be between $225,000 - $390,000 annually for a junior to mid-level associate and between $420,000 - $445,000 annually for a senior associate. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent, with applicable law.
