The Atlanta office of A National Law Firm Real Estate practice group is seeking a land use and zoning associate or counsel with a minimum of two years of experience in land use and zoning, real estate transactional work or Georgia based real estate or land use litigation. The candidate would be expected to handle both land use and zoning matters and real estate matters. The position will involve frequent contact with clients and other external parties as well as public speaking and presentations before community groups, planning and zoning boards, and local governing authorities. The ideal candidate is personable with high emotional intelligence, practical approaches to problem-solving, concise writing and speaking skills, and who is comfortable leading a meeting involving stakeholders with often differing opinions.Candidates must be currently licensed and in good standing in the State of Georgia. They must possess excellent academic credentials and have superior writing skills.
