Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate Attorney in Houston, TX. The Senior Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling day-to-day legal tasks, such as conducting legal research, providing legal advice, handling hearings and depositions, and representing clients in court. The Senior Associate Attorney will also collaborate with other attorneys and the Partner-In-Charge of each matter to develop strategies and arguments for cases.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure & Texas Rules of Evidence
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar and in good standing
- Since we are a small firm, a minimum of 4 years litigation experience
