We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Associate Attorney to join our legal team. This role will be responsible for assisting with various legal matters, including research, drafting legal documents, reviewing contracts, and leading day to day activities within the Firm. Senior Associate Attorney (Full-Time; In person)

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct legal research and analysis using various resources.
  • Lead production and review of legal documents, including contracts, and agreements.
  • Evaluate and analyze legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date matter files and documentation.
  • Participate in client intake process, ongoing communication, and relationship development.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop strategies and discuss solutions on complex matters.
  • Attend client meetings and industry events on behalf of the Firm.
  • Perform legal administrative duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Mid-Senior level attorney with 3-7 years of transaction law experience, with a strong understanding of corporate law.
  • Member in good standing with the Florida Bar; Licensed in Florida is a requirement. (Pennsylvania, and/or Georgia licenses are advantageous)
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Proficient verbal and written (i.e. editing and proofreading) communication skills.
  • Familiarity with legal administrative procedures and practices.
  • Must be able to handle matters with minimal oversight.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Highly motivated self-starter.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Willing and able to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in using Firm software and communication tools, such as email, the internet, Microsoft Office products (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant applications.
