We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transactional Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic legal team in Temecula, California. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing legal counsel on a wide range of transactional matters, demonstrating expertise in contract negotiation, drafting, and review.Responsibilities:
**Contract Drafting and Review:**
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts and legal documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Provide legal advice and guidance on contractual matters with clients.
**Transactional Support:**
Assist in various transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions.
Assist in performing due diligence and provide legal analysis to advise clients as to business decisions.
**Corporate Compliance:**
Have an understanding of various laws and regulations affecting business operations.
Advise on legal compliance matters and implement best practices to mitigate risks.
**Client Communication:**
Be able to communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and provide clear and practical legal advice.
**Research and Analysis:**
Conduct legal research and analysis on issues related to transactional matters.
Stay informed about legal developments that may impact our clients.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active California State Bar membership.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
