The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Workers' Compensation Attorney in our Labor & Employment Department with 1-3 years of experience.

The Day-To-Day:
As an Attorney in the Labor & Employment Department, you'll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.

You Have:
  • 1-3 years of increasingly responsible experience defending workers' compensation claims.
  • Experience handling all aspects of workers' compensation claims, including Labor Code Section 132(a) claims, serious and willful claims and subrogation.
  • Experience and understanding of crossover matters of ADA and FMLA.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Stellar analytical skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Admission to the State Bar of California.
