General Summary:The New York office of A Leading International Law Firm has an immediate opening for a senior associate with 5-8 years' experience to join its growing Structured Finance & Warehouse Team. Significant experience in ABS, RMBS and/or esoteric securitizations is required. Capabilities in drafting complex transaction and disclosure documents and managing multiple capital market transactions at once are also a requisite. Excellent academic credentials as well as strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
