An Appellate, Arbitration Law Firm is a medium-sized civil defense law firm located in Lafayette Square. The firm is seeking candidates with 3-5 years of civil litigation experience in one or more of the following areas: construction liability, transportation liability, premises liability, product liability, and general liability.Our associates have the opportunity to gain experience from a team of attorneys with many years of trial experience who provide an engaging environment for training and professional development. The associate can expect to be involved in all aspects of file workup including attending and taking depositions, attending court hearings, and preparing motions and pleadings, among other responsibilities as they arise.
