Nationwide Attorneys, an AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated litigation attorney to support our Health Care Professional Liability practice group in our Kansas City or St. Louis office. This is an off-track position offering exceptional experience working with our attorneys and clients. Interested candidates should demonstrate competitive law school achievement and aptitude, high-level writing and communication skills, and three or more years of experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, or related civil litigation including managing all elements of case work-up and trial preparation (drafting and reviewing discovery and motions, taking and defending depositions, handling court appearances, etc.).Qualified applicants should submit cover letter, resume and writing sample. JD required. Kansas or Missouri bar admission required.
