Immediate opening for a junior level associate in the downtown San Diego office of our growing medical malpractice defense firm. Prior experience in civil tort litigation helpful but not required. Training will be provided under the supervision of a senior associate and partners. You will have the opportunity to learn how to appropriately and efficiently analyze medical and other records, deposition transcripts, written discovery responses and medical literature to thoroughly evaluate liability and damages issues. You will learn the real-world application of procedural and evidence rules. You will become an integral part of the team approach our firm has to defending all their health care clients. You will learn and hone all the litigator's skills necessary for the elite representation of healthcare clients in trial, arbitration, and mediation.
