Description:

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English/Spanish, has a J.D., and has passed a US State Bar exam, in any state, or has taken the bar recently. They will manage and prepare litigation cases and affidavits advocating for clients in court. This individual will build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal support to clients and assist senior attorneys
  • Maintain client relationships and communication
  • Prepare legal briefs and documents in support of complex immigration defense cases
  • Work with clients to prepare their affidavits for their asylum cases as well as for waiver applications in front of USCIS.
  • Represent clients in court in removal proceedings in front of EOIR and in the affirmative asylum process in front of USCIS.
