- We are seeking a 3rd – 4th year Associate for our Corporate Advisory (Finance) Practice Area. We are open to staffing this role in our Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Miami, or Dallas offices.

Job Requirements:
- 3-4 years of corporate and transactional experience focused in the Finance & Banking area
- Excellent writing and analytical skills, along with a strong academic background
- Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you will be located
