An Estate Planning Attorney is a boutique Wichita, KS estate planning law firm. We have an immediate opening for an associate attorney to develop your practice in a broad array of estate planning matters.

The Things You Will Do:
  • Assist individuals and families with sophisticated estate planning techniques
  • Draft and create a wide range of Wills, Trusts, and related documents
  • Manage Death Estate Administrations including Trust Administration and Probate
  • Aid clients facing Long-term Care and Medicaid Eligibility issues
  • NO Litigation

What You Need:
  • Kansas Bar License or 3L taking Kansas Bar with September 2024 admission date.
  • Experience: 0 – 5 years experience.
  • Dedication and drive to be an attorney who wants to be part of a growing firm, while learning how to guide clients through estate planning and estate administration issues.
  • A desire to learn all facets of our estate planning practice including Estate Administration and Medicaid Eligibility.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while balancing accuracy and details.
  • Self-directed and the ability to hit the ground running.
  • Prior experience with Estate Administration and/or Medicaid Eligibility is a huge plus.
