Well established small to midsize downtown Seattle law firm seeking attorney with 2-5 years of civil litigation experience. Role involves all aspects of civil litigation with emphasis on motion practice, written discovery, depositions and trial work. Role will also involve advising small businesses on legal issues and a transactional legal practice. Firm's areas of practice include business transactions, commercial litigation, real estate, and construction. Candidate must have excellent writing skills, be detail oriented and self-motivated, and have a proactive approach to making contributions to cases.
