You will have the choice of working out of our San Francisco or Los Angeles offices, with the option of a flexible hybrid or fully remote work model, and have opportunities to work in multiple areas of the law that interest you.

About the Position:
  • Manage all aspects of pre-trial and trial proceedings within the firm.
  • Monitor case progress by maintaining a weekly personal calendar and facilitating regular communication with case managers, paralegals, and Associate Attorneys.
  • Actively participate in weekly round table and calendar meetings.
  • Update docket clerks on any modifications to case calendars via consistent email correspondence.
  • Demonstrate effective supervision of staff while fostering collaboration with fellow attorneys to successfully fulfill assignments.
  • Ensure precise adherence to client-specific guidelines for all tasks.
  • Assume a leadership role in critical cases involving key clients.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to manage multiple tasks within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Active California State law license.
  • Hands on litigation experience (defense side a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to tactfully communicate with a diverse array of attorneys, staff members, and clients.
