Francis Mailman Soumilas, PC handles plaintiff side financial consumer protection matters with emphasis on the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The associate would work in a collaborative team environment representing individuals in federal court cases throughout the country. The right candidate will be motivated to learn an exciting and fast paced area of law, have good communication skills, good writing skills, and passed or willing to take the bar exam.
