A Business Services Company is seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney with a focus on preparing and filing claims in bankruptcy cases, responding to claim objections, working with outside counsel to answer to contract and sales motions, and plan confirmation and avoidance actions.

Skills/Qualifications:
Required:

Juris Doctorate Degree
Admitted to a state bar
Minimum 2 years full-time relevant legal experience, focused on creditors' rights and bankruptcy experience
Strong litigation and transactional experiences
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet/ internet
