A National Law Firm Finance & Restructuring practice group is seeking an associate with 4 to 6 years of experience in handling complex commercial finance transactions. The position is available in either our Atlanta, GA or Raleigh, NC office.The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of commercial finance transactions, the Uniform Commercial Code, secured transactions, and have experience in drafting and negotiating loan documentation, as well as experience in leveraged finance. Substantive experience representing borrowers, lenders, private equity sponsors, and agents in a full range of finance transactions is preferred.
