The Atlanta office of An International Law Firm has an immediateopportunity for a litigation associate with two to four years of experience forits fast-paced, multi-faceted litigation practice group.The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage andmeet deadlines.
- Experience researching and drafting briefs and motions(motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, motions in limine, etc.).
- Experience taking and defending depositions (even if secondchair).
- Experience handling discovery for complex matters.
- Experience preparing cases for trial.
- Experience with evidentiary hearings and/or trial experienceeither in state or federal courts.
