A Full-Service Law Firm, a global Am Law 100 firm, seeks a second year Commercial Litigation associate to join its Los Angeles-Century City office. Qualified candidates will have complex commercial litigation experience at a nationally or regionally recognized law firm, be admitted to the California State Bar, and possess strong research, analysis, and writing skills. Experience preparing first drafts of substantive litigation documents is required, as are strong law school credentials. Salary determinations are based on numerous factors, such as, but not limited to, class and graduation year, job history, and experience within the desired practice area of the selected candidate.
