A Divorce Lawyer is hiring in our family law division. Ideal candidates will demonstrate experience directly in the area of family law; not limited to but including:- Filing and responding to a dissolution;
- Preparing preliminary and final disclosures;
- Preparing written discovery;
- Taking and defending depositions;
- Filing a Request for Orders;
- Appearance at temporary hearings;
- Appearance at long cause hearings;
- Expert designations
- Law and Motion
A
minimum of two years experience in family law is a required. Our firm
