The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of litigation experience, primarily in complex commercial litigation, and possess strong research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills. Candidates must also be highly organized, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess excellent academic credentials. Judicial clerkship is a plus. DC bar required.
