Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of construction law, including experience with contract negotiation and dispute resolution.
  • Experience advising clients on construction-related contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively manage priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction law
  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Florida Bar or willingness to become a member of The Florida Bar
