A Large Multi-Practice Law Firm, a large multi-practice law firm with a sophisticated team of finance attorneys, is seeking an associate with at least 3 years of commercial finance lending experience. Ideal candidate will have experience in secured, lender side, asset based and cash flow deals. Associate will be based in the firm's Philadelphia, PA office. PA bar admission required, with DE, NJ or NY admission a plus.Job Requirements:
- 3-6 years of secured commercial finance experience with a focus on secured asset based and cash flow lending.
