Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day supervision for document review engagements, monitor team productivity and quality, design and implement document review quality control protocols
- Advise and support clients in the delivery of end-to-end eDiscovery work streams
- Develop and execute document review workflows
- Help ensure client satisfaction and report project progress as necessary, both internally and externally
- Consult internally and with clients on document review workflows
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of recent experience working with eDiscovery and document review processes; minimum three years of recent experience using Relativity
- Juris doctor (JD) from an accredited college/university and currently licensed to practice law in the United States
- Experience with large-scale document review engagements
- Exceptional client service and follow-up skills
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
