Description:
An Employment Attorney seeks to hire an associate at their Fairfax office with 1-4 years of experience handling employment law and civil litigation matters.Strong writing and oral communication skills are a must. The associate will have immediate client contact. The associate will assist with state and federal litigation and give client advice, primarily for executives and individuals, but also for small businesses. Associate will conduct legal research, draft motions, and respond to discovery.

Qualifications:
- Current membership in the Virginia Bar is REQUIRED.
- 1-4 years of experience, including active litigation and courtroom experience. DC/MD bar helpful.
- Spanish speaker a plus.
- Salary is commensurate with experience. The salary range is $85,000 to $125,000 and includes bonus for originating cases.
