Description:
A Public Law & Municipal Law Firm is seeking a corporate/business transactional attorney with at least eight years' experience in business and corporate transactions, including limited liability company and partnership formation; negotiation and drafting of buy-sell agreements; entity conversions; and asset purchase agreements. Experience drafting and negotiating real estate transactional documents such as leases, purchase and sale agreements, ground leases, and easement agreements are a plus, but not required.The firm offers a hybrid work arrangement option and an annual telecommute budget to support remote work. The firm's billable hour requirement is 1850. Attorneys receive competitive health insurance benefits, a 401(k) with a partial match, and are eligible for annual discretionary and billable hour bonuses.
