Description:
The Health Care Section has an opening for a transactional regulatory associate. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of transactional experience, preferably with a health law background or direct health care or senior care experience. However, exceptional candidates with a general business background will be considered so long as they demonstrate a strong desire to work with hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, continuing care retirement communities, home and community-based services such as hospice and home health agencies, and other health/senior care industry providers on a wide range of business, license, regulatory, and operational issues. This position may be based in any of Hanson Bridgett's five offices with the ability to work in a hybrid manner within California. The annual base compensation range for this California position is between $180,000 and $200,000. Placement within the salary range depends upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience and the professional skills required for this role.
