Description:
The Family Office and Private Investment Practice Group of An American Law Firm seeks to add a dedicated transactional attorney to its thriving practice. This candidate will work with attorneys across disciplines to advise new and established family offices on various matters including: structuring management entities and family investment partnerships; designing and implementing incentive compensation and co-investment plans; and forming/raising third-party capital investment vehicles. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience, with significant experience in private funds and/or corporate transactions (M&A, growth equity, partnership/corporate structuring). Specific experience with family office clients is a plus.
