An American Law Firm with Over 500 Lawyers is seeking an experienced finance attorney for its Finance & Restructuring group with five or more years of experience to join the Dallas, Delaware, Denver, Minneapolis, Palo Alto, Costa Mesa, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Seattle, or New York office.Key Success Factors:
Candidates should be able to demonstrate a drive to succeed and an enthusiasm to engage with clients. A successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to work with others on this collegial, motivated and client-oriented team and to take leading roles where appropriate for the candidate's experience and expertise. Strong drafting and client counseling skills are essential. A successful candidate will be highly motivated and have good presentation and client handling skills, the ability to engage with and nurture junior attorneys and a real desire to develop their career at An American Law Firm with Over 500 Lawyers.
Qualified candidates will have:
- A JD degree from a top-tier ABA-accredited law school;
- Five or more years of debt finance or analogous experience at a large national or international law firm;
- Texas, Delaware, Colorado, Minnesota, California, Arizona, Utah, Washington, or New York bar admission, or the ability to become licensed in Texas, Delaware, Colorado, Minnesota, California, Arizona, Utah, Washington, or New York;
- Strong communication and writing skills; and
- Top academic credentials.
