Litigation Associate – New York: A National Full-Service Business Law Firm is seeking a litigation associate for our New York office with 4-8 years of experience in complex commercial litigation. The ideal candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills. Experience drafting discovery and substantive motions in both Federal and State courts is required. Prior large case and/or firm experience is preferred. New York Bar required, and New Jersey Bar preferred.
