- Handling and managing litigation files from inception through trial.
- Handling and managing arbitration files from inception through arbitration hearing.
- Preparing briefs, motions and memorandums of law.
- Preparing pleadings, discovery, demands and responses.
- Preparing reports and file analysis on court and arbitration appearances.
- Congenial fast paced environment.
