The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Qualifications:
What You've Got:
Experience:
  • Membership in the California Bar
  • Appropriate special licenses to practice before boards or federal courts preferred
  • A minimum of six years of successful experience as an attorney

Skills:
  • Talent for cultivating strong working relationships with internal and external partners
  • Aptitude for detail-oriented, analytical thinking
  • Persuasive oral and written communication skills

Knowledge:
  • General knowledge of insurance law
  • Familiarity with the latest developments in the practice of law, as well as pertinent knowledge in related fields
  • Proficiency with technologies that reduce costs and facilitate the practice of law and remote work

Education:
A JD degree
