Role:

Lead negotiation and drafting on commercial and government contracts, supply agreements, subcontracts.
Answer questions and offer legal advice on a wide range of issues.
Exercise initiative and creativity in solving challenges and accomplishing business goals.
Advise on complex, corporate legal and business matters.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and membership in at least one U.S. state bar
5-15+ years of experience at a top-tier law firm.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and writing skills.
Careful attention to detail with a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Available during nights and weekends as needed.
