Description:
A Full-Service Law Firm has an opening in multiple offices for a senior Intellectual Property Attorney with 6-10 years of experience. We are not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position.Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. The candidate must be licensed to practice in the state where the office resides.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- USPTO registration required.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, bioengineering, or a related area required.
- Advanced degree (MS and/or PhD) preferred.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
Physical Requirements:
Sedentary work: Exertion of physical strength to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds. Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.
