A U.S. Law Firm with Eleven Offices Nationwide seeks a highly qualified, experienced mid-level associate patent attorney to join our growing, dynamic national Intellectual Property group practice. This position is open in our Milwaukee, Madison and Chicago offices only. An undergraduate degree or an advanced degree in the fields of computer or software engineering or computer sciences is required. Associate candidates must have at least 3 years of experience working on patent prosecution, strategic management of patent portfolios, freedom-to-operate opinions, due diligence analysis and landscape analysis. Applicants have to be admitted to the U.S.P.T.O.The candidate must have a very strong academic record paired with the skills, enthusiasm, and commitment to succeed and advance at this Firm.
