We are seeking an Attorney with at least 3 years of experience in litigation to support our growing work in the gig economy, working on the cutting edge of employment-adjacent personal injury cases, particularly focusing on a major ride-share technology client. This role involves:
- Running cases
- Engaging in sophisticated litigation processes
- Conducting detailed research and writing
- Crafting and arguing motions
- Managing complex fact investigations and analysis
- Taking and defending depositions
