Description:
A Financial Services Company is currently seeking a legal Counsel to manage certain legal matters in relation to A Financial Services Company's business operations in North America. This role reports to one of A Financial Services Company's Deputy General Counsels.What we offer:

We'll Count on You To:
- Provide legal support (including the review of fee agreements and NDAs) for various credit analyst groups in A Financial Services Company Ratings and the corresponding business relationship management groups.
- Support other operational functions of A Financial Services Company which will depend upon the specialist expertise of the candidate.
What you need to have:
- Experience representing clients on intellectual property, software licensing and emerging technology matters
- Financial Services experience
- Admitted Attorney in a US state or equivalent jurisdiction
- At least 5 years of post-admission relevant experience in private practice or working in-house at a financial services institution
- Fluency in English is required
