A Dynamic International Law Firm's Life Sciences & Health Industry Group is looking to hire a mid-level associate to join the health care regulatory and transactional matter side of the industry-focused group. The successful candidate should have 3-5 years of health care regulatory and transactional experience. The position involves providing regulatory counseling and transactional support on a wide array of regulatory matters, including licensing, corporate practice of medicine, the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and other fraud and abuse laws, and reimbursement considerations. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials and superior research and writing skills. Experience drafting, revising and negotiating purchase agreements, management agreements, and similar arrangements is a plus. Additionally, experience with the health care regulatory due diligence process in transactions of all sizes for a wide range of providers and investors is also important. Pay Range: $235,000 - $365,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith's pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
