Join a high-performing team of trial lawyers and litigators defending some of the most prominent brands and large corporations in product liability and toxic tort litigation nationwide.

For candidates with 3 to 8 years of litigation experience, this role provides a unique opportunity to learn from talented partners, develop your trial skills on a supportive and successful team, and contribute significantly to high-stakes cases.

Responsibilities:

Engage in all facets of trial preparation, including strategy formulation, discovery, record analysis, client interviews, and witness preparation.
Conduct comprehensive research on legal issues, people, businesses, and worksites.
Draft briefs, memos, and client communications.
Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and other proceedings.
Travel nationwide for legal proceedings, client meetings, and other occasions up to 20% of the time, sometimes on short notice.

Qualifications:

Active license and good standing with the New York State Bar; additional bar admissions are a plus.
3-8 years of experience in defense litigation, preferably involving product liability or toxic exposures.
Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, prioritize efficiently, and meet deadlines.
High degree of independence and initiative, coupled with the ability to work seamlessly within a team-oriented setting.
