An Experienced and Aggressive Law Firm, a leading defense firm with over twenty years of continued service to our corporate, insurance and individual clients, is seeking a litigation attorney for its New York City office with 3 to 6 years experience in personal injury litigation.

Responsibilities will include:

Independently managing a caseload involving insurance defense, general liability, auto/transportation liability and construction (NYS Labor Law);
Working closely with other attorneys and partners on legal projects, including trials;
Regularly handling court appearances and depositions;
Communicating directly with clients and provide status reports.
