Description:
Litigation associate needed in our New Jersey office. Attorneys should have 4-6 years of experience in complex commercial litigation. Class action and multi-party experience is a plus. The ideal candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills. Experience drafting discovery and substantive motions in both Federal and State courts is required. Prior large case and/or firm experience is preferred. New Jersey and New York Bar required.
