The Global Commercial Disputes Practice of A Dynamic International Law Firm, a global law firm of more than 1,700 lawyers, is currently seeking an exceptional, California-licensed, mid-level litigation associate to join our Los Angeles, Century City or San Francisco offices. Candidates should have 3-5 years of law firm experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration, excellent academic credentials and strong writing, research, analytical and verbal communication skills. The associate will be working on commercial litigation matters for the firm's Managed Care Practice. This industry focused team represents the leading managed care companies throughout the United States in a wide range of cutting-edge matters including (among others) litigation, class actions, compliance, regulatory work, false claims act cases, government programs, and governmental investigations.

Job Requirements:
  • Must be admitted in California
  • Must have outstanding academic credentials
  • Must have 3-5 years of law firm experience in complex commercial litigation

  • Must have experience handling multiple cases and the ability to serve as the point person on litigation
