Description:

A Multidisciplinary, International Law Firm is seeking an Associate with 2+ years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in Southern California. The Associate will work exclusively on a team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions. Location is flexible, but all candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar.

Candidates must have the following experience/ skills:

Civil litigation and automobile warranty defense
Experience with the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act
Trial/arbitration preparation and courtroom experience, including motion practice, deposition, and mediation
Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
Strong academic credentials
Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
