Description:

Duties:

Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including trials, hearings, and mediations
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
Prepare for and attend court appearances and depositions
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on case strategy and preparation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar association
Proven experience as a litigation attorney, preferably with a focus on civil litigation
Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures related to litigation
Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
