Description:

Duties:
  • Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including trials, hearings, and mediations
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
  • Prepare for and attend court appearances and depositions
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on case strategy and preparation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation

Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the state bar association
  • Proven experience as a litigation attorney, preferably with a focus on civil litigation
  • Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures related to litigation
  • Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
