The New York office of An International White Shoe Law Firm is seeking to hire an associate for our Debt Finance, Sponsor Finance Practice. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant work experience in representing financial sponsors and/or lenders in subscription credit facilities and management company and other upper tier financings at a law firm or in-house at a sponsor or bank. Must be admitted to the New York Bar with excellent credentials.
